Rug Return

I have three beautiful Capel rugs in my home. I love them but now I know how lucky I’ve been that each one was the right color. Recently I bought a 5’x8’ rug that turned out to be not the right color. UPS cost of return was $92.00 due to rug size. Capel customer service told me they paid $39.00 to send it and they do not issue return prepaid labels. Given the size limits of UPS and FedEx, Capel Rugs might want to change their return policy to be fairer to customers. Meanwhile, buyers beware!
