My experience was amazing and it was the first time I ever ordered from Capel Rugs. I received the order in 3-4 days which I had requested and Capel delivered! Honestly, there was one oversight and the smaller rug I ordered was a different color than what I ordered. ( it truly wasn’t a big deal— the beautiful 8’ Runner which I really needed as soon as possible was correct — ). Within a few more days, I received the correct rug. It truly was a pleasure ordering from such a “real” company. And, Penny, who called me to be sure that I received the correct rug was so very kind and gracious! Thank you, again. Carole❤️�. P.S. We ordered a custom rug in late November. It arrived before Christmas, yet was not promised until late January. Wonderful service and a good company.
