First, this is no reflection on the rugs or quality. We love the rugs.
We ordered three and you sent two!
The package information indicated that three rugs were shipped but the weight correctly indicated that only two rugs were shipped.
We called Capel and they confirmed that our missing rug was lost in shipment.
We then got an email stating that we would receive a replacement.
However the communication was poor and left us confused.
We did receive the replacement rug.
