Capel's Creative Concepts program is a means of creating a truly personal area rug, providing customers with the tools to create an individual design statement with several levels of customization. Customers can now take their vision and make it a reality by creating a rug that's truly unique.
Simply pick from six durable indoor-outdoor machine woven bases, then choose one of over 120 solid, patterned, floral, and striped fabrics rated for both indoor and outdoor use. High performance olefin base. Fade and stain resistant. Mitered corners for a tailored finish.

Single border rugs can be purchased online. Consumers should call their local retailer to place orders for double and triple border rugs, COM (Customer's Own Material), custom sizes, and custom border widths. The total maximum size of all borders cannot exceed 6" in width.
With just a few extra yards of your favorite fabric, you can coordinate your area rug into your design plan. Match your sofa, pillows or even drapery. A $25 strike-off sample is recommended for all COM orders.
