I love the rugs. The quality is exceptional and they are lovely. I emailed you about the fact that I inadvertently ordered two SETS of them when I meant two rugs. I hope I can return one set.

This is the second braided rug I’ve bought from Capel. The first is over 10 yrs old has lasted amazingly in a fairly high traffic area. I use a vacuum with a brush even though it’s not recommended and it hasn’t done any noticeable damage. There is a bit of scuff in front of the most used chair but it’s hardly noticeable. Highly recommend!
United States11’4” x14’4” braided rug.
It is beautiful, but I put instructions to roll the rug to ship and it was folded. I am a senior citizen with severe back problems so if it had been rolled all I would have to do is cut the shipping box and unroll it. To this day, I haven’t been able to unfold it completely.

We have had Capel rugs for close to 50 years. If if wasn’t for a flood in the house, we wouldn’t have to replace them. I would never buy any other braided rug.
