The rugs are beautiful and well made. Delivery was quick. My only negative is that the two small rugs looked just like the online picture but the big and most important rug is not like the picture online or the little rugs. I don’t want to pay for shipping so I’ve just accepted the difference.

Very easy to order. When I called in for specific questions I was told about a sale coming up and to wait and order for the best price. Great service. I would recommend you order a sample of the rug you want to see it up close and make sure colors are what you are expecting. We ordered a braided rug and mat. Easy to lay out. Had to trim the mat some.

It is beautiful but it has expanded over an inch. I was not anticipating this. I had 1 inch of tolerance, and now I have none.

I am so pleased with my Capel braided rug. It is so well made and beautiful. In the past I have purchased less expensive braided rugs. This was well worth the extra $$.
